I have very recently been able to get my hands on the first two discworld novels
My friends have recommended them for ages
they are fantastic books, and the universe is so well taught out
also, if you like Discworld, you should try and find some Douglas Adams (Hitch hikers guide to the galaxy)
by the way, the hitch hikers movie has very little in common with the books

All the books seem to be masterpieces. I don't why they appeal to everyone so much.
Also why do movies hardly have anything in common with the books they are based upon?

I guess its because movies can't fit one whole book in 80 minutes so they have to cut parts off
