Online Storage and Synchronization - The Windows Way

Looking around for some online storage programs but don't know where to start? You guys should try out Windows Live SkyDrive or Windows Live Mesh. Both services offer 5GB of online storage (separately) and are fully free to use.

Windows Live Mesh is pretty much a synchronization tool (like Apple's MobileMe) used to sync files between multiple platforms such as other PC's. Currently Live Mesh is only compatible with other PC's, and compatibility for syncing files on Mac's and mobile phones will come later on.

Windows Live SkyDrive is an online cloud of storage, which can be viewed on your Windows Live Space (who uses them anyway?). Files can be uploaded and shared with other people online. (but there is a 50MB upload limit)

what could you possiblily put in 50 mb?

Parts of games? patches? PronZ? Map packs? Music? Many if you think about it.

LOL. There also have been several Linux distributions under 50MB. It's amazing what people can do these days.

Yeah....get uTorrent, go to mininova.com and search up the game you want*.

*Note: You can't play multi-player on torrented games (except LAN).

Well you can't really upload illegal content (pirated stuff) onto SkyDrive or Mesh (unless you want to be banned) because it says in the Terms and Conditions that you cannot do so.
