God and thy holiness

Do you think that a God would intervene if it meant saving someone's life, obviously if they are worthy. Also, does it matter if they are a believer, is it enough for them to be pure of heart?

No, God (not specifically any religion) doesn't help people who are dying. He doesn't view anyone worthy, there are like millions of examples. E.g. Priests that get murdered, rare but has happened before:http://acatholiclife.blogspot.com/2006/03/catholic-priest-was-murdered-in-india.html

I'm not Christian but i believe in a great creator.
IF nobody is worthy then what's with all the Saints and the Popes? if they aren't worthy then the Christian religion has a problem.
And all those miracles about people who somehow escaped death, at least 0ne had God protecting them or Guardian Angels who are god's servants

Yes, the Christian religion does have a huge problem (thank god I'm not Christian). They aren't so holy and shit! Take for example the Crusades, they killed people in the name of God, I'm sure that's not what God would have wanted. Killing is also a sin in the majority of all religions. The people that didn't die miraculously? Do you have any solid proof that these 'miracles' are true and that those events really did happen?

I'm a Bhuddist so yeah of course I do. But sometimes I doubt religion and just think it's just some way of telling people how the world started, something like an excuse.
